PROFESSIONAL PHOTO & VIDEO COVERAGE

Professional Photo & Video Coverage for the Texas Business Conference in Washington, D.C.

GOALS

Our goal is to provide the following during the scope of this project:

Full pro photo & video equipment load out for 2 days of coverage.
All necessary accessories, signage, and backdrops.
Full staffing of photo and video team members.

Our coverage objectives are as follows:

Texas Business Conference
- Professional Roving Photographs throughout the event.
- Professional Roving Video Footage throughout the event.
Sponsor VIP Dinner
- Formal backdrop photo station (similar to headshot studio booth) - client must choose background of their liking.
- Professional Roving Photographs throughout the event.
- Professional Roving Video Footage throughout the event.
Inaugural Ball
- Pro photo coverage of the General Admission and main stage in the International Ballroom.
- Pro photo coverage in the VIP section of the International Ballroom.
- Pro photo coverage in the VIP terrace.
- Pro photo coverage in the Columbia Ballroom covering the Secondary Stage, GA, VIP, and Vendor Row.
- Pro photo coverage at dynamic photo booth experiences for guests, including live Instagram printing and customizable backgrounds.
- Pro video coverage with assistants to capture footage.
- Pro photo coverage at three (3) formal backdrop locations from 9:00 P.M. to 12:00A.M. for formal prints.

Our post-production objectives are as follows:

Provide client with a full event gallery and connected store interface for digital download of online proofs.
Provide client and any attendee with gallery access links via pre-registration links and QR scans where they can access a fully integrated product store for the purchase of photo products and commemorative products.

By completing these objectives we’ll be providing the client with a full range of professional services and digital products to utilize across web and marketing platforms for distribution internally and externally.

The samples below illustrate content aimed at large-scale networking / annual events. BALTIMORE COUNTRY CLUB

One of our most beloved client in the DMV with a rich history for putting on incredible events. This annual sporting event culminates in a competitive showdown on one of America’s finest courses. Highgate Hotels commissioned a multi-person team for their large event at the Hyatt Regency in Bethesda, Maryland. This multi-day event featured, key note presentations, event photography, and professional headshots for attending members. The project lead can be contacted HERE.

RURAL COMMUNITIES OPIOID RESPONSE PROGRAM

A photo-centric conference aimed at producing headshot photos for clients. These clients were able to utilize these photos across their digital pages for bolstering their online presence and professional presentations within their respective local organizations. A photo / video hybrid requirement in the Big Easy combining headshot photography, candid event photography, and a full range of video coverage needs for final delivery on the final day of the three day event. An after movie combines the best footage from your event into one, cohesive highlight video that can be shared internally or externally. This is a great way to summarize all of the most memorable moments.

- All NLE tools and plugins are provided.
- License free music is included (Artlist.io Library).
- License free stock video is included (Argrid.io Library).
- Video Deliverable of 1-minute or less.
- Three minor revisions for fixing omissions, spelling errors, etc.
- Each short is assessed at $200.
- Professional Voice Over Recording - $500 + GST.
- Outsourced 3D Info-graphics or Animations - $750 + GST
- Specialized Assets not within our license-free arsenal. Fees will be assessed for purchases or licensing agreements.
- Major re-edits requiring a complete project overhaul. The outline of your project’s post-production layout should be described clearly in your submitted brief.

Social content is arguably the most valuable digital asset available at the moment. Our social shorts packages deliver social media-optimized clips ready to post across your various social channels with ease.

In order to pull off a project like this, we need the cooperation and collaboration of your staff on the shoot day. We have experience with working around programming, but it's great to view this as a team effort, especially when it comes to navigating facility logistics and subject scheduling.

Once the proposal is approved we will upload a service agreement and invoice to your portal. Please sign it and submit the signed copy to the email address below. Additionally, your 50% service deposit will be required to secure your date.
