PROFESSIONAL PHOTO & VIDEO COVERAGE

Pro Photo & Video Coverage for

OFA 2026 SPRING CONFERENCE

Our goal is to provide the following during the scope of this project:

  • Full pro photo & video equipment load out for 9 hours of coverage.

  • 1X director of photography & additional team members (TBD)

Our coverage objectives are as follows:

  • Professional headshot station

  • Candid event photography coverage

  • Pro video interview setup for up to 8 people.

Our post-production objectives are as follows:

  • Online digital photo gallery.

  • RAW footage asset handoff.

By completing these objectives we’ll be providing the client with a full range of digital products to utilize across web and marketing platforms for distribution internally and externally.

The quote for this project assumes we will provide video services on:

  • Two production days on March 18th & 19th, 2026

  • Location #1 : The Westin - Washington, D.C. 1400 M St NW, Washington, DC 20005

  • Location #2 : National Museum of the American Indian - Fourth Street & Independence Avenue, SW Washington, DC 20560

The samples below illustrate content aimed at networking / annual events. These clients incorporated a variety of Candid and Vox Pop style elements into their final post-produced After Movie.

Annual meetings represent an ideal time to highlight the voices of staff and participants alike. Few opportunities exist where all members of your organization are in one place at one time. Capturing their unique voices and transforming them into an event recap video is a powerful marketing tool.

Please note the costs above, do not reflect essential transport and accommodation costs. Air travel, media baggage, hotel rates,

and parking requirements will be billed at cost to the end client prior to handoff of digital assets.

    • Total = $2,650.00

    • Online photo gallery = Included

    • 3-5 Minute Highlight + Social Cutdown = $750

    • Solo Interview Edits = $500/Asset

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE AND POST OPTIONS

AFTER MOVIE

An after movie combines the best footage from your event into one, cohesive highlight video that can be shared internally or externally. This is a great way to summarize all of the most memorable moments.

    • 30 Minute Creative Brainstorming Session.

    • All NLE tools and plugins are provided.

    • License free music is included (Artlist.io Library).

    • License free stock video is included (Argrid.io Library).

    • Video Deliverable of 1-minute or less.

    • Three minor revisions for fixing omissions, spelling errors, etc.

    • Each short is assessed at $200.

    • Professional Voice Over Recording - $500 + GST.

    • Outsourced 3D Info-graphics or Animations - $750 + GST

    • Specialized Assets not within our license-free arsenal. Fees will be assessed for purchases or licensing agreements.

    • Major re-edits requiring a complete project overhaul. The outline of your project’s post-production layout should be described clearly in your submitted brief.

SOCIAL SHORTS

Social content is arguably the most valuable digital asset available at the moment. Our social shorts packages deliver social media-optimized clips ready to post across your various social channels with ease.

    • 30 Minute Creative Brainstorming Session.

    • All NLE tools and plugins are provided.

    • License free music is included (Artlist.io Library).

    • License free stock video is included (Argrid.io Library).

    • Standard 8-hours of devoted editing / day.

    • Three minor revisions for fixing omissions, spelling errors, etc.

    • Professional Voice Over Recording - $500 + GST

    • Outsourced 3D Info-graphics or Animations - $750 + GST

    • Specialized Assets not within our license-free arsenal. Fees will be assessed for purchases or licensing agreements.

    • Major re-edits requiring a complete project overhaul. The outline of your project’s post-production layout should be described clearly in your submitted brief.

ADDITIONAL OPS

Additional operators can help drastically when it comes to fully covering large-scale events. If your project features multiple activities that are taking place simultaneously this is a great coverage option.

    • Kit and Support Accessories are Provided.

    • Additional locations.

    • Additional On-site assistants or video operators.

    • Travel Outside of Washington, D.C. assessed at - $0.67/mile.

    • Travel out of Washington, D.C. and Accommodations.

    • Any Professional Actors/Models.

    • Location or Studio Hire Needs.

    • Specialized Props.

    • Specialized Equipment not within our arsenal. Fees will be assessed for necessary rentals.

    • Hair & Makeup for Talent.

WE NEED YOUR COOPERATION

In order to pull off a project like this, we need the cooperation and collaboration of your staff on the shoot day. We have experience with working around programming, but it's great to view this as a team effort, especially when it comes to focusing on specific attendees who need specific video coverage.

NEXT STEPS (PENDING RFP APPROVAL)
